The light lemon sponge is made to our unique recipe. Filled with homemade zingy vegan lemon curd and lemon "meringue buttercream" made with aquafaba and plant "butter". Topped off with "buttercream" swirls and a drips of lemon curd.
These 3 layer cakes are available in three sizes:
Small 6"/15cm, serves 6
Large 8"/20cm serves 14
