Delightful homemade Battenberg Cakes in a variety of complimentary flavours. Moist pink and yellow chequered almond sponge covered with homemade marzipan.
The cake weighs over 900g is approximately 8cm square and 18cm long (significantly larger than shop bought). Will yield at least ten generous slices.
Our recommended flavour combinations are:
pistachio and lemon - with pistachio and almond marzipan
hazelnut and chocolate with hazelnut and almond marzipan
Raspberry and lemon with almond marzipan
But we also do custom combinations, and even 4 flavours!
