Delicious vegan alternative to honey.
A bit sweeter and runnier than honey, but that means a little goes a long way.
We wont be able to make much as the dandelion season is limited. We need to ensure that the ones we pick are very clean, unpolluted and have not been treated with chemicals. Plus we must leave enough for the bees!
This year we will have a limited supply of:
Medium 180ml jars - approximately 230g
Large 320ml jars - approximately 450g
